⚠️ Important: Hero11 is a recommendation platform, not a analytics operator. We do not handle picks, process UPI payments, or manage player accounts. These terms govern your use of the Hero11 website. When you click a link to a third-party gaming platform, that platform's terms apply.

1. About Hero11

Hero11 ($hero11.pro.in) is an independent Indian gaming recommendation platform operated from Bangalore, India. We review, rank, and compare cricket analytics apps, cricket leagues, Card Classics platforms, Speed Cards rooms, and Number Charts markets. We do not operate any gaming platform, accept picks, process activations or settlements, or hold player funds. All "Play Now" and "Download" buttons on Hero11 link to third-party platforms that we have reviewed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Hero11. We require age verification for any account features. Users from Telangana, Assam, Odisha, and NorthClub should check their local laws before clicking through to any gaming platform, as these states have restrictions on online gaming. Hero11 does not provide legal advice. If you are unsure whether online gaming is legal in your state, consult a qualified Indian lawyer.

All content on Hero11 is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Game data (RTP, volatility, max win) is sourced from game providers and may change without notice.

4. Third-Party Platforms

When you click a "Play Now," "Join Table," "Download," or similar button on Hero11, you leave our website and visit a third-party gaming platform. Hero11 is not responsible for the content, policies, payment processes, game fairness, or customer service of any third-party platform. Each platform has its own terms and conditions, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy. Read them before creating an account or making a UPI activation.

Hero11 may receive referral commissions from some platforms we review. This does not affect our review scores, rankings, or editorial content. We review every platform using the same criteria regardless of whether we earn a commission.

5. UPI and Payment Information

Hero11 provides information about UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), RuPay cards, bank transfers (IMPS, NEFT, RTGS), and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, USDT). However, Hero11 does not process any payments. All activations and settlements happen on the third-party platform you choose to play on. We are not responsible for failed UPI transactions, delayed settlements, or payment disputes on third-party platforms. Contact the platform's support team for payment issues.

6. Data We Collect

Hero11 collects minimal user data. See our Privacy Policy for details. We do not store your Aadhaar, PAN, UPI ID, bank details, or KYC documents. Any such information you provide goes directly to the third-party platform, not to Hero11.

7. Copyright and Content

All reviews, articles, comparisons, and original content on Hero11 are copyrighted by Hero11. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish our content without written permission. Game images and provider logos are sourced from publicly available data and remain the property of their respective owners. Tournament data is sourced from slotslaunch.com and other public sources.

8. Disclaimer

Hero11 is an informational website. We do not encourage or facilitate illegal interactive gaming. Gaming laws in India are complex and vary by state. Skill-based gaming (cricket analytics, Card Classics, Speed Cards) may be legal in some states and restricted in others. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws of your state. Hero11 does not provide legal advice. If you have questions about the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction, consult a qualified lawyer.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hero11 is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from your use of third-party gaming platforms. We are a recommendation service. If you lose money on a platform we reviewed, that is between you and that platform. If a platform fails to pay your UPI settlement, contact their support team, not ours. We do our best to review platforms honestly, but we cannot guarantee any platform's behavior.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on this page. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of Hero11 after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
